a Lifeguard!!!

I did my test today and it was good, I was really nervous about the writing test but I did just three mistakes.

The practice test was really well, too. I was really nervous because on Saturday we spent 5 hours in the pool and with some of the things we did, I really struggled (rescue a submerge spinal victim) At the end I was exhaused and sore and I felt I could not do the Test at all.

After the writing finals went so well, I felt much better about the practical.

Our teacher asked us if we want to go over some stuff again. I picked the two things I had problems with (submerged spinal victim and passive drowing victim) I guess in my case it really helped that I slept over it (in fact I went to bed at 8.30 and slept until 7am)

I did the submerged spinal first and the teacher looked at me and said: That was just perfect!!.

Same with the passive drowning.

Then we did the offical test and I did everything right.

So now I'm a certified lifeguard and really proud of it. It was a lot of fun, and a big challange.
