Miss you

The last couple of days have been really busy..
Unfortunatly the phoneline to Afghanistan is not really working. Chris is able to call but most of the times I can't hear him or he can't hear me. Which totally sucks.. Chris, if you are able to read this, we love and miss you so much.
Come home to us safe!!! We love you! You're the best husband and father we could ever ask for!!

Deployment Calendar 2

On our Deployment Calendar this week:
1.Read a book that you enjoy!
Well, beside all the parenting books, I always read. I love to read.. unfortunatly I don't get to read very often. During the day ... no chance.. in the evening I always start reading .. and fall asleep after about 1,5 pages.. but I read!! Right now I'm reading the Kite Runner.
So far I really like it, but I'm only halfway.

2. Have your Kids trace their hands on a piece of paper and send it to Daddy.
Today we planned to go to the Park, but when they kids woke up from their nap, it was raining (Colorado weather is so weired). So we sat down and did some crafty stuff:

So far I sent 4 or 5 craft projects already to Chris. I'm wondering how much he will have by the time he comes back.
